Stronger Record Matching for Marketo Session Syncs

We’ve added a new option when bulk uploading Swoogo session data to Marketo Programs that prevents incomplete records and reduces manual cleanup. Previously, session syncs relied only on the registrant’s email address to match records, which could result in duplicate or partial Contacts in Marketo if an email address changed. With this update, you can select an additional field, like Company or Registrant ID, from a new dropdown in your session sync settings to improve matching accuracy.
