We’ve teamed up with Zoom Events to extend our virtual and hybrid event capabilities. Now you can integrate Swoogo directly with Zoom Events. Create personalized registration paths for all of your attendee types, and easily sync your virtual attendees to Zoom Events for a seamless hybrid or virtual event experience. 

With virtual event features like breakout rooms, networking, Q&A, polls, chat, and a mobile app that connects your in-person and virtual attendees there’s no limit to your audience engagement.

Importing Attendees: Have a list of attendees from a previous event that you want to invite to a new event? Now you can easily import attendees from previous events. (Read more)

Session Management: Now, as an event organizer when you’re managing sessions in schedule view, you can color code your session tracks. This makes it easier to visually distinguish sessions and session tracks from one another. (Read more)

Speaker Conflict Management: Easily update a time slot for a specific speaker and get notified if that speaker is double booked with the new speaker conflict management solution. (Read more)

Discount Code Reporting: Discount code reporting has been improved to include an audit trail or “update history” of discount codes. Now you can see who created discount codes and when. You can now also filter on multiple discount code types in your reporting. 
Email History available via the API: You can now fetch a registrant’s email history via our API via the registrants endpoint. Check out Swoogo’s API Documentation here.

We now have two new payment options. You can select the New Taiwan Dollar as a currency option via our Stripe integration, and we support payments via Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) Credit Card type on most of our payment gateways.
