Control Confirmation Emails on Mass Updates

When bulk-updating registration statuses in Reports, you're in full control of whether confirmation emails go out. A new prompt will appear asking if you'd like to send confirmation emails to the affected registrants, so you can choose to notify them or update silently, every time.
