What you can do with Automations
- Auto-assign sessions based on registration type. When someone registers as a VIP, sponsor, or speaker, they’re instantly dropped into the right sessions.
- Keep data in sync when attendees make changes. When an attendee updates their ticket type, job title, or registration details, Automations catches it and updates everything downstream to match.
- Gate and manage access to paid or exclusive sessions. Add or remove sessions automatically based on what an attendee purchased or how they registered. If they upgrade, they’re in. If they don’t qualify, they’re out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can any customer use Automations?
Automations will be available on any Swoogo plan. The one exception: triggering actions based on API calls is reserved for organizations on an Enterprise plan.
