Skip the guess work. Weâve added a custom domain counter in Swoogo so you can monitor how many of your custom domains are actively in use. For any account with sub accounts, the parent account will show the total sum of custom domains available & active across all sub accounts.
Visit the Domains tab under General Setup to see it in action.
Stay on top of your webhooks at a glance! Weâve added functionality to help you better understand how your webhooks have performed over the past day or month.
See stats showing the last time each of your webhooks was triggered. Click into a specific webhook to see usage graphs and more detailed info, such as processing time, what action triggered it, or sort by webhooks that Succeeded, Failed, or had Status Changes.
Youâll also notice minor UI improvements, like popovers which will keep your dashboard from getting too cluttered and only reveal long strings of information (URLs, debugging details, etc.) when you hover your mouse over a specific area.
New theme alert! đ¨ So many of our customers loved the event website from our 2023 user conferenceâUnconventional IRLâthat we turned it into a ready-to-use theme! Visit Event Details > Theme to give the colorful design a try today, included with all plans.
Go Onsite is Swoogoâs new check-in mobile app! Think of it as the next iteration of Swoogo Liveâour original check-in appâwith some major enhancements. Go Onsite handles event, session, and package check-in. For any of your sessions that require reservations, Go Onsite also allows you to check-in last minute session attendees if you have a few extra seats.Â
Worried about spotty Wi-Fi at your venue? Youâll love offline mode. You can continue running check-in if you lose signal, knowing any check-in data stored locally on your device will be synced when youâre back online.
All the functionality you love in Swoogo Live will be available through Go Onsite, included with all Swoogo plans. Rest assured, Go Onsite and Swoogo Live will both be available in the app store for several months as you make the transition.
Webhook Headers. Security upgrade đ You can now assign custom headers to your webhooks. This will enhance security by giving the destination application the option to authenticate your webhook requests, and reject any that donât have the custom header.
Webhook Groups. Stay organized with groups đď¸You can keep your long list of webhooks organized in Swoogo by combining them into groups. Groups can also be used to assign a header that will automatically be applied to each webhook in that groupâincrease efficiency and decrease human error.
New Webhook Triggers. We know you want to stay on top of every detail of your event. Introducing: new triggers for speakers, sessions, and sponsors! Webhooks can be triggered when entries in any of these fields have been created, deleted, or changed. For example, if a session time is changed or a new speaker is added, you can configure a webhook to fire. This way, you always have the most up-to-date information about your event without having to constantly check back manually.
Webhook Disablement + Alerts. Webhook failures can cause problems, especially if you donât know itâs happening. In Swoogo, if a webhook fails 5 times in ~30 minutes, it will automatically be disabled. Anytime a webhook if disabled, the webhook creator will be notified. If the disabled webhook is part of a group, anyone who is assigned as a notification contact on that group will also be notified.
To maintain the highest level of data security, weâve implemented stricter Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) policies. Swoogo no longer accepts email-based MFA and now requires the use of an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) or SMS-based authentication. By requiring an authenticator app or SMS, weâre taking a significant step to enhance the security of your account, ensuring that your data is better protected against potential threats.
