Optimized Syntax in Snippets Widget

shows the old syntax vs. new syntax in Swoogo's Snippets Widget. the old syntax features forward slashes on the ends, whereas the new one has curly braces.

The Snippet Widget now uses updated, industry-standard merge field syntax that avoids conflicts with JavaScript and CSS commenting. Prefer the old format? No worries, this update is fully opt-in.
