Date Picker Localization

Event Registration Localization
date picker field in Swoogo

We’re making it easier for global Swoogo users to feel right at home—starting with how days of the week are displayed. Date picker fields have always shown in Sunday–Saturday format, which is the North American standard. We’ve recently introduced a Monday–Sunday format, which is most common in other regions of the world. Now, the field will automatically display in the format that best matches wherever the viewer is located.

Event Registration
hotel check-in and check-out date settings in Swoogo

We’ve enhanced our Hotels functionality to give organizers greater control. You can now lock check-in and check-out dates based on your event dates, ensuring consistency across bookings.

Need more flexibility? You can also customize check-in and check-out for each registrant type—for example, if your internal team needs to arrive a day early for setup. More control, less confusion—for you and your attendees.

Stripe Integration | New Statement Descriptors

Integrations
setting a statement descriptor in the Swoogo + Stripe integration

We’ve just rolled out the ability to add a custom statement descriptor in the Swoogo x Stripe integration!

We’re all familiar with the feeling of panic when you spot an unfamiliar charge on your credit card statement. This new feature helps prevent that for your attendees by providing more clarity and transparency.

You can now define exactly how ticket purchases appear on attendees’ credit card statements, including details like the event name and registrant type, making it easier for attendees to recognize.

Event Data + Insights Integrations
Mapping registered sessions in swoogo + salesforce integration

Give your Sales team a more complete view of attendee engagement! We've added two new account-level mapping options to the Swoogo + Salesforce integration that capture session registration details.

You can now map the following fields:

  • Registered Session IDs
  • Registered Session Names

With this data, your team can see exactly which sessions each contact registered for—helping them understand individual interests and enabling more personalized conversations, targeted follow-ups, and relevant content or event recommendations.
