Go Attend: A Personalized Home Screen for Your Attendees

Mobile
personalization elements in Go Attend app

Two new personalization elements are now available in Go Attend to make every attendee's experience feel tailored and easy to navigate. Add a greeting card that welcomes each attendee by name with a real-time snapshot of their upcoming sessions and the people they'll meet there. Or enable the "Happening Now" element so attendees always know what's live and up next, with speaker and room details to make it easy to know where to go next.

Expanded Sub Account User Management

Security
invite users

Sub account administrators can now invite and manage users directly within their own account, reducing bottlenecks and giving teams more autonomy. Parent account admins stay in control of overall user allocation by deciding whether sub accounts have this ability and setting user limits.

This feature is available by request. Reach out to your Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or our Support team to get it enabled.

Automations [General Availability]

Event Registration
build automations with triggers, conditions, and actions

Keep registrant data in-sync, automatically. Build rule-based workflows that handle the behind-the-scenes updates so you don't have to.

Set the rules once and let them run: when someone registers as a VIP, exclusive sessions are automatically added to their agenda. When they upgrade their ticket, their registrant type updates to match, avoiding any data discrepancies. However your event is structured, automated workflows keep everything accurate without anyone lifting a finger.

New & Improved Badge Designer

Onsite Services UI/UX
swoogo badge designer UI

Build polished, print-ready badges faster than ever. The new Badge Designer gives you full creative control with drag-and-drop elements, auto-align, layer reordering, zoom, and an undo button, so you can design and iterate with confidence. Single- or double-sided, every badge looks exactly how you intended.

Bonus: for those with different badges for different attendees, you can now dynamically assign a custom badge design to each registrant type. The right badge prints automatically at check-in, avoiding lag time at the door.Β

Go Onsite Pro: Accept Payments On-Site (Stripe)

Onsite Services Payments
on-site payment processing

Go Onsite Pro now supports payment processing via Stripe for walk-in registrants and outstanding balances. Keep registration numbers rolling right up through the event days by opening your paid events to flexible, walk-in registrations, with full control over which registrant type is available at the kiosk. For pre-registered attendees arriving with a remaining balance, payment can be collected before check-in completes, so your team is never left chasing down outstanding fees before or after the event.

Attendees simply visit the check-in kiosk, scan a QR code on their personal device, and complete a secure Stripe checkout.
