Share Event Sub-Folders with Ease

Security UI/UX
manage user access to Swoogo event sub-folders

We’ve made it simpler to share sub-folders! Whether you organize your events in Swoogo by date, format, audience, or anything in-between, sub-folders help keep things tidy. With this update, new sub-folders inherit the user permissions from their parent folder by default, making it easier to ensure the right people have access. Don’t worry, you can still manually add or remove users anytime to fit your team’s needs.

Monitoring attendance across multiple events? Bookmark those registration reports. Skip the manual navigation—access up to 20 saved pages from a handy dropdown, and use the bookmark manager to rename or remove links anytime.

Build Custom Cross-Event Reports

Event Data + Insights Security
Swoogo's custom cross-event report filters

Cross-event reports are a great way to get the full picture on registration, transactions, and more across all of your events. With custom cross-event reports, you can filter and group data for deeper insights. Previously, only users with access to all folders could use this feature—but now, users with limited access can also view, create, and share custom cross-event reports based on their folder permissions, enabling more of your team to explore and analyze event data.
