Go Onsite is Swoogoâs new check-in mobile app! Think of it as the next iteration of Swoogo Liveâour original check-in appâwith some major enhancements. Go Onsite handles event, session, and package check-in. For any of your sessions that require reservations, Go Onsite also allows you to check-in last minute session attendees if you have a few extra seats.Â
Worried about spotty Wi-Fi at your venue? Youâll love offline mode. You can continue running check-in if you lose signal, knowing any check-in data stored locally on your device will be synced when youâre back online.
All the functionality you love in Swoogo Live will be available through Go Onsite, included with all Swoogo plans. Rest assured, Go Onsite and Swoogo Live will both be available in the app store for several months as you make the transition.
Webhook Headers. Security upgrade đ You can now assign custom headers to your webhooks. This will enhance security by giving the destination application the option to authenticate your webhook requests, and reject any that donât have the custom header.
Webhook Groups. Stay organized with groups đïžYou can keep your long list of webhooks organized in Swoogo by combining them into groups. Groups can also be used to assign a header that will automatically be applied to each webhook in that groupâincrease efficiency and decrease human error.
New Webhook Triggers. We know you want to stay on top of every detail of your event. Introducing: new triggers for speakers, sessions, and sponsors! Webhooks can be triggered when entries in any of these fields have been created, deleted, or changed. For example, if a session time is changed or a new speaker is added, you can configure a webhook to fire. This way, you always have the most up-to-date information about your event without having to constantly check back manually.
Webhook Disablement + Alerts. Webhook failures can cause problems, especially if you donât know itâs happening. In Swoogo, if a webhook fails 5 times in ~30 minutes, it will automatically be disabled. Anytime a webhook if disabled, the webhook creator will be notified. If the disabled webhook is part of a group, anyone who is assigned as a notification contact on that group will also be notified.
To maintain the highest level of data security, weâve implemented stricter Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) policies. Swoogo no longer accepts email-based MFA and now requires the use of an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) or SMS-based authentication. By requiring an authenticator app or SMS, weâre taking a significant step to enhance the security of your account, ensuring that your data is better protected against potential threats. Weâve upgraded our HubSpot integration to ensure compatibility with HubSpotâs Marketing Events Object. Previously, our HubSpot integration allowed you to pass over high-level data (i.e. a registration showed up as a âform submissionâ in HubSpot). Now, with the introduction of the Marketing Events Object, you can map event level details such as the event name, details, date + time, and also registration statuses like âregisteredâ and âattendedâ between Swoogo and HubSpot. Event Marketers rejoice! This new data gives you better event attribution reporting, powering HubSpot workflows for automated communications, lead scoring, and more!

Weâve unlocked a new option for Attendee Mobile pricing â pay one annual fee and get as many apps as you need throughout the year. Think field marketing events, your annual conference, and all the events in between. You can quickly spin up an attendee mobile app for any event.Â
