If you have multiple Swoogo accounts, and need an easy way to manage roles across accounts then this update is for you! 

Many Swoogo users have sub accounts in order to service different clients or different branches of your internal teams. Within each of those accounts, you maintain unique roles & permissions. Now, instead of constantly toggling between sub accounts to manage roles, you can do so from the comfort of your primary account!

Log in to your primary account > Roles & Permissions > click the button Sub Accounts Roles

👀 New permission just dropped: Ability to Export Data! 

Organizing events takes a village (that’s the saying, right?). Maybe you’ve got agencies or contractors building out fancy event sites in Swoogo, but you’re concerned about protecting your sensitive event data. No worries! Now you can control who has permission to export data.

Easily toggle this setting on or off by heading to Roles & Permissions > Reporting.

Creating folders is a great way to keep your events organized. We’ve improved event folder management so it’s easier to share folders with individual team members. 

Now, when you add a new user to Swoogo, you’ll be able to select exactly which folders they have access to. Or, you can also go directly into the folder and grant access to individuals that way. 

Don’t worry, your current folders will still be accessible to anyone who you’ve given access to.

Attention, Mollie users! Processing refunds just got easier. You can now initiate refunds for any transaction made through the Mollie integration directly within Swoogo. Skip the hassle of logging into the payment gateway every time and manage everything seamlessly in Swoogo—saving you time and effort.
