Swoogo Back on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2023

For the second year, Swoogo named one of the best places to work in the US

LOS ANGELES, CA, May 9th, 2023 / For the second year in a row, Swoogo has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for 2023. Spots on the list result from anonymous employee feedback, with mechanisms in place to avoid employer pressure, and encourage frank, honest responses. A uniting theme in the companies that made Inc.’s list this year? Meeting employees’ needs.

Swoogo’s  mission is to empower anyone to bring people together, and that not only includes, but begins with Swoogo’s employees. “My entire job is promoting, improving, and scaling our unique and fun company culture,” says Abby Foutch, Employee Experience Manager at Swoogo. “It’s that big of a priority to our leadership team. Our ultimate goal is to make Swoogo the best company any of us have ever worked for.” Maintaining a great culture is a challenge in any growth period, but for Swoogo, the effort is worth it.

Inc.com says: “Inc. Best Workplaces awards the company cultures that thrive in the face of adversity. Cultures that, in response to a pandemic, redefine the workplace and continue to enrich it. Cultures that foster employee growth and advancement at all levels. Cultures that make their company truly worthy of being named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces.”

Chris Sykes, Swoogo CEO, was especially pleased to get the news of Swoogo’s second year on the Inc. list. “This recognition is particularly meaningful because Swoogo, like events, is all about people. We win because of our people. This award is an opportunity to showcase Swoogo’s commitment to people, culture, and the teams that show up for our customers every day.”
