Intuitive and Easy to Navigate
We prioritized ease of use for your event team when redesigning our check-in app. We know check-in may be staffed by flex team members and we needed to make it as simple as possible for anyone to check guests in. The app home screen has a clear list of actions you can take–Check-in to Event, Session, or Package along with the Attendees, Sessions, and Analytics tabs fixed to the bottom of the screen for quick access. We’ve also improved the experience for you to see all events you have coming or events that have passed. Go Onsite can be your companion for all of your events in 2025 and beyond!
Smooth Event Check-In
Running check-in has never been better. Head into the Swoogo platform to activate the Go Onsite app on any of your events, where you can select which registrant fields you would like to display on their profiles. When it’s time to check guests in for your event, all of that information will be readily available for you to reference. We prioritized efficiency with Go Onsite, which means it loads quickly and, thanks to the thoughtfully designed navigation, it only takes a couple of clicks to get anywhere you want to in the app.
Nimble Session Check-In
For events that want to track individual session attendance, you’ll be pumped to see our improvements here! Go Onsite makes it easy to navigate to individual sessions, and see a simplified list of guests who have already registered for each session. It’s easier to find, scan, and go. For guests who would like to join a session last minute, you can now check them in on the fly. Go Onsite will alert you that they were not pre-registered for the session, but you can still check them in with no issues.
Offline Mode
You asked and we answered! If you’re like us and you’ve woken up in a cold sweat days before your event thinking, “what if the wifi goes out?” then this improvement is for you. Introducing: offline mode! Now, you can continue checking guests in even if you lose signal. Once you regain connection, any check-in data stored locally on your device while offline will be synced.
Snapshot Event Analytics
With real-time attendance numbers that you can slice by registration type, your entire team can now track how attendance is pacing and who’s been checked in with just a few taps.
Go Onsite syncs with Swoogo in real time, so you can keep your sales and customer facing teams up-to-date on who’s checked in to events and sessions at your event. After your event you can use these data insights to inform your follow-up communications, future event staffing, and post-event reporting.
